How to use:
Get it ready to use in a few easy steps:
- Fill the holder through the opening of the cap and fill it completely up to the opening.
- Carefully place in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 8 hours.
- After 8 hours it is ready for use and if necessary wash the holder with lukewarm water to remove the cap more easily.
- Rinse the ice cube briefly with cold water and massage your face in constant circular motions for 60-90 seconds.
- If you don't get a perfect ice cube the first time, don't panic. Try again and make sure the holder is empty and frozen, then repeat all steps.
Do’s And Don’ts To Remember While doing ice facials/ skin icing:
- Do not apply the ice directly to the face if you have more sensitive skin. Wrap the ice in a cotton cloth when massaging it on the face.
- Do not keep the ice in one spot on the face for too long as this can cause burns. Always message the ice in a circular motion.
tWhen should I use this product?
We recommend applying this in the morning at the beginning of your skin routine! It wakes you up, reduces puffiness in the eyes and encourages better absorption of nutrients in your skin care products.
Is this product safe for sensitive skin?
It sure is - all our products are safe for all skin types. If you experience it more intensely, our advice is to cover the ice with a cloth.
How long can I use it?
It usually takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks. It mainly depends on how often you use it. With intensive/daily use, you can use it for 1 to 1.5 weeks.
How does the product work?
This lightweight and hydrating formulation combines Native Australian extracts to create the perfect illuminating eye cream. These antioxidant-rich Aussie extracts work together to soften, hydrate, brighten and protect the delicate under-eye skin. The mica is light-reflecting, which works to eliminate dark circles and brighten the under-eye area. The pink tone of this eye cream will balance blue tones, further eliminating dark and discoloured under-eyes. Caffeine works depuff and eliminate under-eye bags by improving microcirculation.

DAMAGED AND LOST
You may be eligible for a refund if your item is faulty or damaged/lost during delivery. We offer our customers 30 days to indicate this, if this is not indicated in time we can reject your request.
To report a problem, please send photos or a short video of the defect or damage to support@iceyglow.com. Please include your original order number in the subject line. As soon as you have indicated one of the problems, we will process your request. In most cases, we will send you a new product or give you a full refund.
We will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its sole discretion. For all other returns and exchanges for unused products, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund you for the product returned.
