We offer FREE worldwide shipping including tracking.

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once orders are placed, they are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Standard shipping takes an average of 3-7 days.

Our shipping is provided by trusted partners: DHL, DPD, TNT and YunExpress   

RETURNS

If you have any questions about your order, please send an email with your original order number in the subject line or mention it in the email to support@iceyglow.com

Returns are not possible for hygiene reasons. This is to ensure that all customers can enjoy uncompromised quality of our products. We do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

DAMAGED AND LOST

You may be eligible for a refund if your item is faulty or damaged/lost during delivery. We offer our customers 30 days to indicate this, if this is not indicated in time we can reject your request.

To report a problem, please send photos or a short video of the defect or damage to support@iceyglow.com. Please include your original order number in the subject line. As soon as you have indicated one of the problems, we will process your request. In most cases, we will send you a new product or give you a full refund.

We will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its sole discretion. For all other returns and exchanges for unused products, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund you for the product returned.
