Why you should do ice facials!

How to do ice facials with iceyglow:
Carefully place it in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 8 hours. once frozen, you can wash the container with warm water to make it easier to open the lid.
Our advise is to start an ice facial with a natural and cleansed face. You briefly wash the ice with lukewarm water for a few seconds to remove the hard-frozen layer.
Now you can apply the ice to the face and massage it in continuous circular motions. Try to do this for 1 minute to a maximum of 2 minutes per session.
Important to know:
- Never apply the ice to the face without washing the ice.
- Never let the ice rest in one place, as this can cause irritation or even minor burns.
- In case of a severe form of acne (cystic acne), our advice is not to do an ice treatment. You can spread the bacteria further, which can cause worsening results.
- With dry or more sensitive skin, it is advisable not to undergo a treatment every day but once every two days and it is also wise to cover the ice block with a cotton cloth.
tWhen should I use this product?
We recommend applying this in the morning at the beginning of your skin routine! It wakes you up, reduces puffiness in the eyes and encourages better absorption of nutrients in your skin care products.
Is this product safe for sensitive skin?
It sure is - all our products are safe for all skin types. If you experience it more intensely, our advice is to cover the ice with a cloth.
How long can I use it?
It usually takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks. It mainly depends on how often you use it. With intensive/daily use, you can use it for 1 to 1.5 weeks.
How does the product work?
This lightweight and hydrating formulation combines Native Australian extracts to create the perfect illuminating eye cream. The mica is light-reflecting, which works to eliminate dark circles and brighten the under-eye area. DAMAGED AND LOST
You may be eligible for a refund if your item is faulty or damaged/lost during delivery. We offer our customers 30 days to indicate this, if this is not indicated in time we can reject your request.
To report a problem, please send photos or a short video of the defect or damage to support@iceyglow.com. Please include your original order number in the subject line. As soon as you have indicated one of the problems, we will process your request. In most cases, we will send you a new product or give you a full refund.
We will only cover the shipping fees for the return of defective, damaged, or incorrect items and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its sole discretion. For all other returns and exchanges for unused products, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will refund you for the product returned.
